Running for Passion

Day 15: Improved!  And still need more practice.

My goal is to run 7 min for the first mile and 15 min for 2 miles.  7 min/mile is a reasonable pace for me.  Posting to my travel blog helps me keep motivating myself and it is easier to keep track of my daily Workouts.  Let's see how long it will take to accomplish my running goal.
