Laurelwood Park Sugarloaf Mountain Open Space

Veterans Day hike at Laurelwood

Laurelwood Dam

400+ calories burned in an hour.  Not bad I guess.
My last hike was at Purisima Creek Redwood back in June.  It has been 5 months!  This is the first hike in 5 months and I didn't want to kill myself with usual 10 to 15 mile distance.

    1. I didn't hike all the way to the top of sugarloaf mountain. I'll go back there to make it up there soon.

  3. Looks like the absolute perfect place to go for a nice easy hike. I haven't been hiking for quite a long time, and I am always looking for a simple walk like this. I don't know how long of a hike would last here, but I wouldn't mind walking around the whole park quite a bit.

  4. I really had a good time when I was there a while back. It's been a while, but the walk was fun, the sights I saw were also fun and it's just a really beautiful place to walk around at. I hope to go there again in the near future.

  5. I like how the trails look like. It seems to be an interesting place to be. I fell from a tree last weekend and I cannot hike for the next 3 months. As soon as the period is over, I will schedule a hike here.
