  1. Hi Kate,

I just accidentally found your blog from facebook while i'm searching a friend. Her name is exactly the same as your name. I'm not sure you are the one. She is my state school friend and we lost contact to each other almost 3 1/2 yrs. I miss her a lot. Please don't mind to let me ask some of question. Are you from B.E.H.S(5)? Do you have 2 younger sisters? Did you live in Yangon 46th st? Is your birthday 27th Feb 1980? Do you have close friend in Singapore? I'll be very appreciate if you help me answer the top 5 questions. If all the answers are yes, I think you also can estimate who i am. I really hope you are my long lost friend. Please contact me nanotronic.sg@gmail.com.

  2. It must have been so amazing to sit and look out over the Grand Canyon. You must lead a very exciting life, to be able to visit so many wonderful places. How exciting! I would love to see all those sights in my lifetime. Thank you for the beautiful pictures.

    1. One thing I really need to do is to hike to go down there and look up the canyon. (: That will be wonderful.

  3. Over the years, I have heard so many wonderful things about the beauty of the grand canyon. And to be able to see it in your photos brings this alive. I am happy you were able to visit this place. So far, I have not visited any areas on the West Coast or near the mid West. I'm a Southern Girl and have just stuck to the east coast. I hope one day to be able to travel beyond my home state and find new exciting places to see. You are a real encouragement for me as I'm shy (as you said you were before you traveled) and I hope that travel would help me break free of this shyness. :)

    1. Please come and visit the west coast, Beverly. America is beautiful everywhere. You have to see the Grand Canyon! I used to be extremely shy but travel changed me a lot.

    2. Hi Kate! :)
I wanted to let you know that I was inspired by your travels. I'm usually a home body and stay indoors a lot. But this past week, I got out and walked around the neighborhood and am planning to walk a one mile trek to a local store up the road soon. I think it will be a nice little adventure. :)
I don't usually go out walking in this way, just would take a car. The experience of getting out and hiking around (we are in a hilly terrain) was very strenuous and exhilarating. I can't wait to do it again. Thank you so much for the inspiration. I'm making baby steps. Soon, I will be up to seeing the world. :)
